RETURNS & REFUNDS

- We are not responsible if you return the items to our address without our confirmation that your items could be returned to get refunded. 
- Unfortunately, we are not responsible if you return the item to an address that is not our returning warehouse that we provided.
- To enhance the resolution of handling order-related issues and supporting product exchanges, we kindly request your assistance in recording a video of unpacking the package following the instructions here.

1. RETURNS

  • We only accept returns, refunds and exchange for some reasons: Not exactly what you ordered, wrong printed objects, wrong color and size caused by our mistakes. (You need to provide the photo which shows our wrong. Specifically about the size, please help us measure the size at length, bust, sleeve, and shoulder and give us the photo about the difference)
  • We DO NOT accept returns and refunds if you just do not like the item when you receive it. All the item details have been clarified on our website.
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • We are not responsible ny item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

2. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We only process the refunds when we receive the returned items.

In case you haven't found your package, please contact us at contact@client-assistance.com for assistance as soon as possible. We will not issue a refund if it says delivered.

We will not process a refund requirement in cases you refuse to receive the items or refuse to provide information we require such as: image (or video) of product with mistake, etc ...

We also will not process refund requests if the buyer provides an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, resulting in the inability to deliver the order to the recipient. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@client-assistance.com for advice and assistance.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

CANCELLATION

In case you want to cancel your order to get refund while your products have been produced already and not sent out yet, please make the payment of processing fee (producing, payment gate fee, work piece product) as below:

  • Cancel in 1 hours since your order had been placed: Fee is 4$US/item
  • Cancel after 1 hours since your order had been placed: Fee is depended at that time, will be confirmed by our customer support.

This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If your products have been sent out already, we will do not resolve your inquiry about the cancellation.

Please contact our customer support to confirm your cancellation. If we do not receive your cancel requirement, your orders will be processed as normal.
